The owners of this beautiful home in rural Tonganoxie were ready for a color change. The home had beige walls, which were popular when the house was built, and now they wanted change the color but stay neutral. The house is large and stately, and needed a color to match, so they chose Sherwin Williams 7017 “Dorian Gray,” a “true gray” that doesn’t look blue or purple in different lighting like a lot of grays do.
Absolute Painting came out to tackle the project for them. We started off with minor drywall repairs, and meticulously masking the woodwork and covering the floors with drop cloths. We put on 2 coats of SW’s Cashmere Lo Lustre, a higher-end washable paint that is user friendly, and always a good choice for homes with children or pets. This project also included a “refresh coat” on the exterior of the front door and sidelights, which was a deep purple called “Blackberry”(SW 7577).
Absolute Painting has specialized in interior and exterior painting for 10 years, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This job was no exception; the customer satisfaction survey came back with all “10s.”
