This home in Lawrence’s upscale Foxfire subdivision was getting to be a bit faded and worn, and just ready for some TLC. After we pressure washed the house and let it dry out for a day or two, we checked all of the caulk to make sure it was sound and addressed any seams and holes that needed it. We scraped the wood trim and spot primed it where it had been peeling. Once all of the surfaces were thoroughly prepared, we sprayed a thick coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint on the siding and stucco, and then hand painted the trim and gave it a pop of color with 2 coats of red on the front door. The colors were more or less the same, but the new paint really refreshed this beautiful Lawrence home.
